Requests for professional services are processed upon confirmation. Deliverables are provided via email or a secure online portal. Scheduling changes are permitted as set forth in Section 5.

Digital items are delivered via a download link and are available immediately upon confirmation.

Physical items are shipped to the address provided at purchase. Delivery times vary based on destination.

5. Refund and Transfer Policy

5.1 Professional Services

Clients may request a transfer of a scheduled service to another date if made at least 48 hours before the original appointment. All service charges are reimbursable if canceled no less than 24 hours before the confirmed session. Rush or on-demand services are non-refundable due to resource allocation and immediate scheduling commitments.

5.2 Information Products

A full refund of product charges may be requested within 14 days of purchase if the guide has not been downloaded or accessed. To initiate a refund, submit a request via contact form. Approved reimbursements will be applied to the original method of payment within 7 business days.

5.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of receipt in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Upon receipt and inspection, reimbursements are issued via the original method of payment within 10 business days.
